Jacqui was an excellent communicator with me on several occasions & was very willing to add extra details & agreed to work on my item as quickly as possible, in order for it to arrive on time for the birthday. I appreciated her approachable , professional but also friendly way that she dealt with my requests.

Yes I can provide you with a digital download for a flat rate of £10.
